Palo Vista Architects began with a single ranch renovation off Highway 74. Seventeen years later, the questions are the same: where does the shade fall, how does the wall meet the ground, and what will still feel right in thirty years.

We work in small teams, from first sketch through the last punch-list item. Every drawing leaving the studio is reviewed by a licensed architect, and every fee we quote is fixed before work begins.

Our work has been recognized by the AIA Desert Chapter and published in regional design journals, but the measure we care about is simpler: clients who call us back for the second house.
